8eef Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "8eef," "we," "us," "our" refers to the 8eef platform operated at 8eef.app and all associated services, products, and software.
• "Platform" means the 8eef website, mobile web interface, and any related applications or tools made available to users.
• "User," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 8eef platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a user on the 8eef platform, including the associated PKR wallet balance.
• "Services" means all betting, casino gaming, card games, slot games, and any other products offered through the 8eef platform.
• "Funds" means PKR balances deposited by a user and held in their 8eef account wallet, excluding any bonus or promotional credits.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or incentive amounts added to an account by 8eef under any promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory in which accessing or using online gambling services is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

Use of the 8eef platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis for as long as an account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the 8eef platform. This age threshold applies to all users regardless of any lower thresholds that may exist in other jurisdictions.
• You must be accessing the platform as a private individual acting in your personal capacity, and not on behalf of any company, organisation, or third party.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, agent, or close associate of 8eef, nor an immediate family member of any such person, unless explicit written permission has been granted.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from the 8eef platform or from gambling services generally through any recognised self-exclusion programme.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that all eligibility criteria are satisfied. 8eef reserves the right to request documentation — including a valid government-issued CNIC or passport — to verify eligibility at any time.

To access 8eef's betting and gaming services, you must complete the registration process at 8eef.app. The following conditions apply to all accounts:

• One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered 8eef account at any time. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate information: You must provide complete, truthful, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8eef login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. 8eef will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• Notification of breach: If you suspect that your 8eef account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected].
• KYC verification: 8eef may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, including before processing withdrawals. KYC documents typically include a valid CNIC, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

8eef reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

All financial transactions on the 8eef platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• 8eef accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your 8eef wallet instantly in most cases. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and any technical conditions outside 8eef's control.
• You must only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
• 8eef does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which 8eef accepts no responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are available to fully verified accounts only. Completion of KYC verification is a prerequisite for any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, as part of 8eef's anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering procedures.
• Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within 30 minutes. During peak periods or where additional verification is required, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your 8eef account dashboard. 8eef reserves the right to modify these limits with reasonable notice.
• 8eef reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or any other prohibited activity.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activities conducted on the 8eef platform. Game-specific and sport-specific rules are published separately within each product area and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bet placement: All bets placed on 8eef are final once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all selections, stakes, and odds before confirming a bet. 8eef will not reverse confirmed bets due to user error.
• Odds and markets: 8eef publishes odds in decimal format by default. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are those that apply to your bet.
• Void bets: 8eef reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a technical error in odds publication, market data corruption, or other circumstances that render the original odds materially incorrect. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account.
• Live betting: In-play betting markets are governed by real-time data feeds. 8eef is not liable for any delay between live event developments and market updates. Bets already confirmed before a market suspension event are honoured unless voided under the conditions above.
• Casino and RNG games: All 8eef Casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Game outcomes are determined solely by the certified RNG and are not influenced by 8eef or any third party.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the time of bet placement. These limits may differ by market, sport, or game type.

8eef's decision on all betting and gaming outcomes is final. In the event of a dispute regarding a result, 8eef's records shall constitute the authoritative record of the transaction.

8eef offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of each promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to your account as Bonus Funds and are distinct from real-money funds. Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for 8eef bonuses is 20x the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Any unmet bonus or associated winnings will expire at the end of the validity period.
• 8eef reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn before its stated end date, any accrued wagering progress will be honoured for accounts that have already claimed the bonus.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Systematic exploitation of bonuses, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, or coordinated group bonus abuse, is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.
• 8eef may impose additional verification requirements before crediting or releasing bonuses where there are grounds to suspect abuse.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8eef platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during account use.
• Registering or operating more than one 8eef account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in odds or game mechanics for financial gain. Any winnings derived from known glitches will be voided and the account suspended.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in any 8eef game or market, including coordinated betting designed to guarantee outcomes across multiple accounts.
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to evade detection, or using 8eef as a vehicle for any financial crime.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, including stolen payment credentials.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 8eef staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any 8eef software, system, or security measure.

8eef employs fraud detection systems that monitor account behaviour continuously. Accounts flagged for prohibited conduct will be reviewed and may be suspended without prior notice pending investigation.

All content on the 8eef platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software code, game interfaces, and the overall platform design — is the intellectual property of 8eef or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 8eef platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any 8eef content without prior written permission.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on any 8eef intellectual property.
• Use the 8eef name, logo, or brand assets in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without express written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the 8eef platform by any automated means.

Any unauthorised use of 8eef intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action.

8eef collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering on the 8eef platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Key data practices include:

• Registration data (name, date of birth, contact details) is collected to verify eligibility, maintain your account, and fulfil our KYC obligations.
• Transaction data is retained for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance purposes.
• 8eef does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where legally required.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal retention obligations. Submit such requests to [email protected].

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8eef's total liability to any user arising out of or in connection with the platform or these Terms shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds held in that user's 8eef account at the time the claim arises.

8eef shall not be liable, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, for any of the following:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
• Interruptions to the platform due to maintenance, technical failures, internet outages, or circumstances beyond 8eef's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Losses arising from a user's failure to secure their login credentials or from unauthorised account access not caused by 8eef's negligence.
• Decisions made by users in reliance on information, odds, or statistics published on the platform.

8eef reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time. Circumstances that may give rise to such action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute filed against a deposit made to the account.
• A request from a relevant regulatory authority or law enforcement body.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the user, 8eef may withhold the entire balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the user via their verified payment method. Bonus Funds are non-refundable in all circumstances.

You may close your 8eef account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you after identity verification. Outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will lapse upon account closure.

8eef reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 8eef will provide reasonable notice through one or more of the following methods: a notification displayed upon login to the platform, an email to your registered address, or a prominent notice on the 8eef.app homepage.

Your continued use of the 8eef platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account before the amendment takes effect.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at 8eef.app/terms-conditions. The "Effective Date" in the header of this document reflects the date on which the current version came into force.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of international online gaming standards applicable to the jurisdiction under which 8eef operates.

In the event of a dispute between you and 8eef:

• Step 1 — Internal resolution: Contact 8eef customer support at [email protected] with full details of the dispute. 8eef will investigate and respond within 10 business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal review, you may request escalation to 8eef's compliance team. A final determination will be provided within 20 business days of escalation.
• Step 3 — Binding determination: 8eef's decision on all matters relating to the interpretation and application of these Terms shall be final, subject only to any mandatory rights you hold under applicable consumer law.

8eef's platform records, transaction logs, and server data shall constitute prima facie evidence in the resolution of any dispute.
